
Why LOW CARB always sticks with HIGH FAT?
Whether you follow to DAS or EDAS is always required high fat. Even when cutting (relax day) under the DAS is also not allowed to eat low-fat, but always keep the protein-fat is 50-50 percentage. Why we have to eat HIGH FAT?
- Usually we use CARB as energy. Now that we do not eat CARB anymore and replaced by FAT. That require the loaded FAT has to be always high to make the body's main energy.
- If Fat loaded not enough, then the body will be tired, hungry, not enough energy. Especially when working in the office, the body need even more energy that means we need more FAT.
- Always prepare high fat food to eat whenever you feel tired. If not, we can be easily to crave for CARB and then our diet has failed completely.
- Eat plenty of fat helps the body to forget sweets cravings.
Author Notes: This is what I conclude from my own experience so I don't really know if it works for everyone or not. But it's the truth when I follow DAS and use to eat FAT instead CARB, my addiction for milk tea has decreased a lot and that makes me feel a lot lighter than before. Of coure, there's still a long way to go ant yet I'm still on my way :)
