Ok. I have considerd a lot and I swear I feel very uneasy to show my result. Because I can't say I have been successful completely with DAS. However, things are getting better and even though the transformation of my body is not really clear but I feel more comforable when wearing my old jeans. And yes, it is enough to me. My diet story is still going on and I hope you guys not give up and keep trying with me. As I always say, together we can make it happen. Good luck, my friends :)

Hey weekend is coming and I just want to remind you guys that we still on our way trying to lose weights. If some of you guys feel tires or losing hope, this post will make you feel great and hopeful again. Trust me, I am not gonna lie.

I was the type of girl “just breathing can make you fat”. How many times I tried to diet, I failed. Depressed and hopeless, there was a time I wanted to give up but lucky me, I found DAS.

This year, after being shock with my own weight, I determined to follow DAS. 2 first months, I carried it out thouroughly and this is my result

12/2015: I weigh 77 kgs

5/2016: I weigh 58 kgs

At the moment, I am still trying to lose down to 52-53 kg. I still prefer “chubby body” than as think as a lalth.

I followed DAS 5 months and that’s my achievement. Now I just need to maintain my weight. Beside DAS, I also do some exercise such as: running and climbing, squat and keep out fully of carb and sugar, only eat vegetable and fish, meat.

Hello my friend, today I will not post anything theory anymore. Instead, I would like to share DAS (you can check the principle here again, in case) successful story. I think it would make we have more motivations, wouldn't we?

"First picture: That was the worst time when I was 67 kgs, I was shy and felt defeated so I couldn’t even take a picture of myself. My bone is small but my fat is solid so diet is never an easy thing for me. I happened to know DAS through my cousin and give it a try

Second picture: I break the traffic light rules a little bit (I ate “yellow and red light” uncontrollably). However, I tried to calm myself and followed the rule seriously and that is my result. I am still on my way to lose more 5 kgs."

Hello, it’s me- Nelly again. Last week, I have posted about some diet theories so today I want to post about my personal experience when trying many diet methods before. Maybe some of you will feel the same with me at some point or maybe you can disagree. It’s ok. Please share with me. I really want to know how you think about my sharing.

Fight with my hunger and moody me 

You know when you always have two bowls of rice for a meal and then suddenly you cut all them out. Don’t you feel frustrated and depressed? At least, that’s how I feel

That happened when I try Low carb method. For the first day, I feel like my body wasn’t mine anymore. You know the more you try to cut carb, the more it makes you want carb. It seems like carb become weed for me and when I didn’t have enough carb, I become numb and didn’t want to do anything (that affect a lot to my works in a bad way). Moreover, my mood was always down. I become too fragile and easily get mad at people (even though they didn’t do anything wrong). I know many people have succeeded with Low Carb but maybe I wasn’t patient enough. And maybe that was always the reason I fail to diet.

Choosing what to eat

Again, when I try to Low carb, one more problem I have to deal is choosing what to eat? 
Ok Imagine you are an officer, you work for 8 hours/day and you have to make your own meal without carb. Seems so easy? No, at least for me. It’s not like you can eat egg and meat for every F*****g day, right? I know you guys would say I’m just making a big fuss about it. But I have my reason. In my case, I am just a fresh graduated and my salary is not high enough to variety my low carb meal. I will give you an example: 
In my country, for a meal without carb it cost 45.000 dongs (about 1.5 USD) and a normal meal with rice is 20.000 dongs. See the difference now? Not talking about the other meat (such as beef, chicken, seafoods is really expensive in my place). I know you think my explanation is not strong enough. Ok suppose that is true, but if you have to attend an event or a party. I am sure you will feel the same with me. 
You know the low carbs rule? Just wine and not beer. So how you deal with people just like to have beer? You also heard about the fact that carbs made you feel more sober when drinking? So you think you would drink wine alone and didn’t eat anything with carb? You want to be a Party-booper or you diet plan would fail. Tada, you are stuck. In my case, I always end up drunk so you know my choice.
 

Tired as dead 

Ok you make many excuses to escape from the exercise. You also never keep the rule for any diet method. And yet, you still want to be thinner. So what do you do? Using DIET PILLS. Yes, Congrats. You get the right answer. 
However, don’t be too happy soon. They always say the way to lose weight require a lot of effort and patient. That’s why it will never easy for you to eat anything you want then take some “magical pills”. You will get a body you want. NO. ABSOLUTELY NO. 
The fact is I have tried so many diet pills before (USA, China, Taiwan, Thailand…) I just heard the advertise with the quote “No need to starve yourself, just take a pill and you can get a fitness body”, I buy it immediately. Ok ok I am innocent and lazy, I admit it. I was buying that “cheating advertising”. However, I don’t deny that I really have loss some pounds. Yeah it’s true but my health is also affected by the pills (I didn’t expect that). You know the main purpose of the pill is making you always feel full or have degyration so you don’t want to eat anything and always drink water (That’s how you lose weight) .Then your lips are always dry up and your face is always pale. In addition you don’t get enough calories for a day so you don’t have enough strength to do anything. In a word, you become a zombie for a month to lose 10 pounds. Is it worth? Oh I must say, the truth is that’s the price you have to pay for your laziness and no determination (Or I am just bad luck to use low quality diet products, maybe) 

Hopes up and fell down for next second. And another chance

 
Try many times, fail many times. Just lose a little bit of weight and then back to the “old time” (even worse, the time I used pills when I stopped I got fatter than before I used). Those times don’t make you feel so hopeless and you just want to give up. Yes I do. But please my friend, don’t be a loser like me. Now I realize what the problems that made me fail from the past, so now I would be easily to choose what method really fits me. 
Fortunately, I have found a new method which really suitable for a busy (officer) person. I call it new but actually it is really familiar with us. And the method is DAS. Some of you come from other countries maybe feel strange with it but Vietnamese people are not. So I will start to post about this method more to make you understand what it is. Hi everybody, my name is Nelly Lu and this is the first time I write my own blog. My objective is very simple: “Make everyone have a healthy body”. But first let me introduce about myself.


My name is Nelly, 23 years old and have an “Ok” job with “breathing or shifting a computer mouse all day” as many other people. I always feel happy because of what I have and somehow I am satisfied with my body, even though it’s not really a fitness one. Until recently, when I found out my sugar blood level was really high and my breaths, my moves became very hard for me and you know what? That’s is not so right for a young girl like me. I know exactly I need to change myself then. So I decide to create this blog and post about my diet plan in public to have motivation and try my best. Moreover, I want you guys who have the same problems as mine can find the way that suit for yourself to have a better health and a better life.


FYI, this is not the first time I try to lose my weight. The fact that I tried 1000 times and failed 100000 times is not that surprise. No matter which diet I tried as soon as I stopped the weight piled back on. But I wasn’t going to give in. I was determined to find something that worked. That’s why I will write my own adventure here. This blog will conclude everything about diet meals, diet methods (low carb, atkins, traditional diet) and exercise I have read and known on my own. Day by day, and by every period I will try another way until I success. By the way, I want to hear your story as well, you can share your success diet story or any difficulties you have to deal with when trying to lose weight. I am here to help you guys and at the same time, you guys are the motivation for me to keep up with my diet plan.
