Why we shouldn't calculate the Calories?

Most useless advice in diet is “Input (calories) less than you burn."

So why is this useless advice?

Let’s ask the question: "How to calculate the calories?"

1. Input Calories:

To calculate your calories, the first thing you need is one the electronic scale to weigh accurately every grams of foods and then look cup to the calories table and find the exact number..

The problems is:

- The Calories Table is relatively.

Example: Tomatoes. There are many kind of different Tomatoes. Each kind have every sour level and conclude different calories in them. Not even mention, the variety of food all over the world makes the Calories table difficult to be correct for ervyone.

- You can not bring the scale everywhere

2. Burning Calories:

To calculate the amount of calories burned, you will need 1 table Calories muscular athlete continuous operation in one certain time period.

The problem is

- You are not an athlete. And every one has different kind of movements/exercise. It’s very complicated and the Calories Table once again is just relatively

-You do not always have time to exercise (running, jumping, walking, swimming ...) and you are not always enough excited and have energy to do this. You're not a professional athlete, who can only eat and exercise everyday. A normal person has hundreds of thousands of things to do, they only exercise when...they feel like it and after a few days, they quit....so how can you calculate the calories if you don’t exercise? In these cases, the calories results are always incorrect.

Burning Calories ( Incorrect) - Input Calories ( incorrect) = Calories Result (incorrect)

There fore, you can’t base on An Incorrect result to wonder if you have been done the diet progress right or wrong?

This is similar to the calculation of Carb. If the Carb calculation can not be accurate, how well you count less than 20 grams Carb load / day in the body as one of the other Lowcarb teaching methods?
Even the doctors or those who recommend this advice even they have never done well. If the professional can not do it well, how can we?

So just do what you do best. Eating smart and Exercise. DAS Diet is the easiest diet (just do not eat carb and sugar then you can reduce fat, also have relax day to eat whatever you want), do not need to calculate anything that you are not doing well. Very simple, is it?
