Food for Lowcarb, DASer


Hey we have been talking a lot about principles, exercise/workout but seem like I didn't post anything about food. I am not a good cooker, anyway. So I just post what I can do hehe. Especially my food is suitable for officer (who always don't have enough time for cooking). I will try to improve my low carb - DAS menu to share with you guys. 

Green light” Salad

Material:

 - Cucumber: 300g; 
 - Tomato: 50g;
 - Salad: 6 leaves
 - Basil
 - Coriander: little (as you like)
 - Pepper: 1
Vinegar, diet sugar, oliu oil, refined salt, onion with enough amount 

How to do:
  • Cucumber: peel it and slice it into pieces about 2mm
  • Tomato: clean it. Cut in two and slice it into pieces about 3mm
  • Basil, Salad: soaking with salt water then dry.
  • Mixing diet sugar, 6 spoons of vinegar, 1/3 spoon of salt, a little onion, pepper and 1 spoon of oil. 
  • Place the vegetable on the plate (decorate it in the way you want). Then pour the mixture in. Tada you have a delicious salad plate.
Beside, you can add different meat to salad such as: chicken, beef or meat due to your favorite. Just remember only fresh meat (without flour) is allowed.
