Hello, I just found another low carb/ DAS Recipes. For Rice lover, congratulation, now you have more choices to your diet plan.
Rice Low Carb - Made from egg folk and tomato
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tomatoes (slice in thin pieces)
- Onions
- Seasonings
How to do:
- Put 4 eggs into a bowl. Then put all whites away. Beat the eggs up then add seasonings and ingredient (the taste based on your favourite)
- Fry tomatoes with oil. Stirring until the tomatoes crushed out. Then pour the mixture of eggs into.
Note:
- Quick stir so there are no lumps eggs at the base of the pan
- Don’t let the eggs too much cooked
Now add to your low carb menu another delicious meal
