Diet Tips - Diet Water

With antioxidant ingredients and vitamins from a vegetable, this kind of water will quickly burn fat help you lose 3-4 kg in just 2 days while maintaining health and not affected negatively.

Here's all you have to make 2 drinks formula for morning and evening in 2 days.

1. Formula drinking water before going to bed


Preparing

- 300 ml water

- 2 spoons of lemon juice

- 1 spoon of honey

- 1 small spoon of ginger

How to do it

Put all into blender and blend them in 5 minutes to mix them together.

Then, you have a glass of water to drink and helps burn fat during sleep.

The next morning, you wake up and do the formula below:

Preparing

- 6 spoons of lemon juice

- 2 tomotoes

- 4 garlics

- 500ml water

- 6 small ice cube (less or more it’s up to you)

How to do it

Put all into blender and blend it with maximum level in only 1 minutes.

Then, pour the mixture in a bottle and drink it before every meal 30 minutes (3 main meals) to burn the fat in best way.

In the 2 days following this formula, you should add more vegetables and fruits to supplement vitamins and fiber for the body

Combine it with DAS/Low Carb mothod to get the best result.

Note: You only drink these 2 formula drinking only 2 days/week (weekend is the best choice). If you drink too much, it’s not good for your stomach.
